How do I become a customer?
Great to hear you are interested in our products! If you are ready to become a customer please fill in a new account form and you will be set up for an account. From there you will be invited to set up on our b2b e-commerce site where you will be able to see your prices and place orders Anniversary House
Which payment methods do you accept?
All orders must be paid by proforma or credit card. You can pay on our website directly when you place your order or by our pay by link service, just ask customer services for your link!
Existing customers with a credit account will pay to their previously agreed terms.
Do you supply members of the public?

How do I order?
We have several options for ordering. We want the process to be as convenient as possible for you so just take your pick!

Do your prices include VAT?
The prices in the catalogue exclude VAT. All prices are subject to VAT with exception of hand crafted sugar cake decorations which are VAT zero rated.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is £50. Orders between £50 and £175 will be subject to a handling fee of £10.
What is the carriage paid order value?
Orders in excess of £175 net value are delivered free of charge.
How quickly will my order be despatched?
If your order is received by 10.00am we will despatch your goods that day. Orders received after 10.00am will be despatched the following day.
Please note from June to the end of July we will be closed on Fridays so any orders placed on a Friday will be packed and dispatched on the Monday.
From August we will re-open on Fridays
How soon will I receive my order?
