Mike Forder
The buck stops with me!
Date started: I joined as full time Executive Chairman in September 2007.
My favourite nights of the year are Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve – and for the sake of my marriage I’d have to say Valentine’s Day. We hold a drink and nibbles party at home every Christmas Eve for family and close friends, it’s always a hoot until I bore everybody rigid by the annual traditional recital of ‘Twas The Night Before Christmas’. News Year’s Eve I go to a local hotel with my wife for a black tie and posh frock dinner and disco. My favourite products by a long margin are our Snowman and Snowdog ranges. The Snowman™ has been a Christmas ritual in my house for over 30 years and I am delighted that our company helps to continue this tradition via the great cake decorating products we offer. Where am I at parties?…pouring the drinks of course!
Portia Davies
I head our in-house product design and marketing efforts, driving innovation and creative strategies to deliver products that meet your needs while effectively communicating our brand vision.

I am a product enthusiast, always looking out for how we can optimise our product assortment to offer the most exciting range of products! In my spare time I love getting out and about whether it’s heading to see live music, a pub lunch with friends or a country walk – I don’t like to sit still for too long! I love our ‘The Snowman’ range which brings me back to my childhood; I used to run around the house singing along to ‘Walking in the air’ at Christmas as a child.
Jennie White
I’m the go-to person for everything operational, overseeing the ins and outs of our warehouse, organising sugar production, and keeping tabs on stock and supplier relationships to ensure everything runs smoothly.

My days are busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way, and when I’m not organising sugar craft production or analysing stock data, you’ll find me enjoying a latte with a chocolate biscuit (if I can sneak one in). At the weekends, when I take off my Operations hat, you’ll find me entertaining my young children and enjoying walks with my mischievous chocolate lab, although he’s usually too busy devouring everything in sight! Speaking of pets, one of my favourite products is our Tiflair Pet Dogs Lunch Napkins – the perfect mix of fun and functionality!
Fiona Lake
I look after National and key accounts.
Date started: I started with the company in 2013
My favourite products are our Christmas cake decorations and tableware! I absolutely love hosting our family Christmas. So whether we are having our Christmas in November, because my son is flying out somewhere lovely to work for the winter, or whether we are having Christmas at the traditional time, we always have our cake decorations from Anniversary House! I can’t take all the credit for dinner, but I am great at delegating!
Tina Doyle
I lead our Customer Service team, ensuring you receive the exceptional support and care your business deserves.
Date started: 1976 (in a previous century with previous owners!)
I love a BBQ party on hot sunny days and nights with family and friends or a themed 70’s night with a disco! Our candle range is my favourite (but don’t want any on my cake this year!)
Nathan Tucker
I oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring all orders received by 10 am are promptly shipped on the same day.

Outside of ensuring products are picked and packed for our customers, I love motorsport I do a lot of motorbike racing; I also like a good birthday party so my favourite range would be the candles because the large range we offer.
